Biodiesel Production Facilities
Heating Solutions

All biodiesel producers must have a source of heat for the various stages of their production.  Most also require a means to provide heating for their buildings.  At AgSolutions LLC we offer equipment that can provide a solution to both of those problems.

Our boiler systems are in use by several biodiesel production facilities, of varying sizes, to provide the process heating that they all need.  Our boilers are connected to tanks that have heated jackets, tanks with internal coils, and to plate and frame heat exchangers.  The boiler systems allow the use of a single boiler system for multiple simultaneous applications.  If a single boiler is not capable of providing enough heating, then others can be added to the system and staged on as needed.

AgSolutions LLC boilers can be fueled by multiple types of fuels.  Our boilers can operate with traditional waste motor oils, transmission fluids, and hydraulic fluids.  However, what sets our systems apart from others is the ability of our systems to be fueled with vegetable oils, both new and used, of all types, and with some of the glycerin byproduct from the biodiesel production. We have several customers who currently utilize their glycerin as part of their fuel.

Contact us to discuss how you can burn your glycerin by-product in an AgSolutions LLC waste oil heating system.

Systems produced by AgSolutions LLC are in use by several biodiesel production facilities around the world.  The reason is simple – we provide a quality produce that meets the needs of the biodiesel producer which also allows them to reduce their production costs.

Our systems offer the biodiesel production facilities an opportunity to utilize those same fuels as our boilers to provide for economical space heating costs.  With the most powerful alternative fueled heaters on the market the biodiesel producer may be able to reduce the number of heaters that they currently have in use.
